• The website allows owners to request a free, no-obligation valuation.
• The Caravan Buyers purchases touring and towed caravans.
• Static caravans, motorhomes and campervans are not currently purchased.
• Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation to sell.
• The website does not generate an automatic binding price.

• Valuations are based on information supplied by the seller and reviewed by an experienced caravan buyer.
• An initial valuation or discussion is not automatically a binding purchase agreement.
• The Caravan Buyers may decide not to make an offer.
• Any offer may be reviewed if information is incomplete or the caravan differs materially from its description.
• Provided the caravan has been described accurately, an agreed price will not be reduced without a clear reason.
• A sale proceeds only when the parties agree the purchase price and collection and payment arrangements.

The person submitting the enquiry must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be the legal owner or have authority to act for the owner
• Disclose known damp, damage, faults or material condition issues
• Disclose any outstanding finance, ownership dispute or third-party interest
• Provide any documents reasonably needed to confirm ownership and complete the sale

• Free collection can be arranged when a purchase is agreed.
• Collection timing is agreed with the seller.
• Payment arrangements are confirmed before collection.
• The caravan does not leave until the agreed payment is visible in the seller’s account.
• Any final sale documentation or separately agreed purchase terms also apply.

• Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate.
• The website may occasionally be unavailable.
• Third-party review and external links are governed by their respective providers.
• Nothing on the website constitutes financial or legal advice.
